THIS RETREAT…

is going to feel like the most MAGICAL & DELICIOUS weekend away with really good friends! We will bop between all sorts of fun and enriching activities and spaces as we re-member ourselves together.

Our time will include:

• Morning Waking and Settling- tea/coffee, gentle movement/stretching, journaling and other rituals

• Art Making - supplies will be available to incorporate with your own

• Meditation with Essential Oils - a potent multi-sensory experience

• Geeking Out in Nature - hiking and/or playing in and on the lake

• Dancing in the Kitchen - prepping delicious food with delicious music

• Chitty Chats and Deep Dives

• S’mores and Campfire Hangs

• Cozy and Chill - movie and snacks

We will tune into the subtle and nuanced information in our body and energy systems as we move through a variety of experiences. We will learn and practice how to FEEL these knowings, RECEIVE from them, SHARE them.

The weekend will have an abundance of time and space to experiment with incorporating PLAY as an integral piece of the living, healing and growth journey.

As we spend more of our time in states of en-JOY-ment, our energy brightens, expands, extends, clarifies. When our energy expands so does our vision, and “reality” does this funny thing where it loosens, shimmers, flickers, morphs, and CREATIVITY and NEW possibilities appear.

It’s going to be a real bohemian rhapsody…such a FUN way to get such HELPFUL information! You will walk away with reimagined tools, rituals and practices to integrate these new ways of being into your life returning home.
